We are passionate about giving our interns and graduates as much support as we can, and not just during their working day. In 2009, for example, we established regular ‘intern evenings out’ to give them a chance to get to know each other, to go out for a meal together, or maybe to go bowling, or visit the Würzburg Christmas market together, or even to go on an organised evening walk around Würzburg, guided by a night watchman! What do you get out of that? An awful lot!
