FAQ

Do you have a question? Below you can find an overview of the most frequently asked questions.

Are the advertised positions still vacant?

Yes. The positions listed under Vacancies are updated on a daily basis. We look forward to receiving your application!

What is the best way to apply – online via email, or the traditional way, in writing?

We generally accept both types of application. However, the electronic application procedure is much faster and easier for both parties. Each job description includes a job reference number, and the contact details for the person to apply to, including their email address. Please quote the job reference number in your application.

Which documents should I include in my application?

Whether applying by email, or in writing: always make sure that you send everything we need to process your application. This should always include a covering letter, your CV, all of your references and interim reports and, if applicable, your last school report.

What format should the electronic application have?
Is there a limit to the size of email attachments accepted by you?

For email applications, the preferred format is an attachment in the form of a PDF file. This one file should then include all the necessary documents. Please make sure that the file size does not exceed 3 MB.

How do I know that my application and the attached documents have been safely received by you?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for application processing. This is the time that we need to check your application and all the data it contains. Once your application has been processed, you will receive a message confirming the status of your application.

The careers portal does not feature a suitable job for me at present. Can I still apply on the off-chance that there is a suitable vacancy?

We welcome speculative applications from suitable applicants for future reference. However, your application should definitely include information on the type of vacancy that you would be interested in, and which of our locations you would consider. Please see Speculative Application for further information.

Would you also consider giving career changers a chance?

What is important to us are your qualifications, and your personality. If you have all of the key skills required for a vacant position, we see no reason to exclude career changers.
