You've done it – school is over and your future is about to start. All you have to do now is find the best way to get where you want to be to make your career dreams come true. A vocational training course at s.Oliver is an excellent place to start. All of our vocational training courses are based on one common concept: the ‘Tour de s.Oliver’. Just like on the real ‘Tour de France’, you and your 90 fellow trainees have to manage various legs on your way around the company; but rather than being given a ‘tricot’, you will collect wristbands as a reward – for example for the best report, the greatest performance improvement, or when you've shown outstanding commitment. When you have done something really well, the reward is some ‘pocket money’. And if you and your classmates deliver impressive interim exam results, the whole team gets a reward. As you are all new to the working world, each of you will be allocated an experienced mentor to help you with any questions or problems that you may have. We also stage 'Twin Days' to give the store trainees the chance to find out what life as a headquarter trainee is like, and vice versa.
