When you join our company we will do everything we can to make you feel welcome and part of the s.Oliver family: you will be assigned a mentor, and we organise induction events to give you an extensive insight into the most important areas of the company. You will make initial contacts, network and discover your new working environment, all under the guidance of your mentor or members of the HR Development staff.

If you are currently working in Retail and decide that you would like to pursue a career in management, you can look forward to WAY UP Retail – a programme specialising in retail careers, from Outfit Consultant to District Manager. In addition, you will benefit from a comprehensive training concept, designed to prepare you for the position you are aiming for.
