The end consumer is key to our trade and represents the focus of all our endeavours. This is also reflected by our corporate architecture: we are a vertically structured company, managing the entire value creation chain ourselves – from product development and design to retail. The hub of our business is located in Rottendorf, near Würzburg, Germany, and all of the various departments – from Human Resources to Marketing, to Sales & Distribution – are based here. This is the birthplace of all of our products; they are developed here by different design teams before going off to be manufactured. On an international level, we have our own s.Oliver sourcing organisations in Hong Kong (China), Hangzhou (China), Chennai (India), Bogor (Indonesia), Dhaka (Bangladesh) and Istanbul (Turkey). All of the logistics are controlled centrally from Rottendorf – an incredible effort that we have successfully mastered. For example, every day, up to 350,000 items of clothing are dispatched from here to destinations all over the world.

Consumers can find our collections in our own retail stores, in partner stores and in our online shop www.soliver.de; they are sold indirectly shop-in-shop, as well as wholesale and by mail order. We currently run 183 retail stores ourselves, as well as 312 stores in cooperation with partners, and are present in 2,347 other shops, and in 2,642 retail areas. As well as a range of fashionable, high-quality products, we also offer attractive margins to trade partners, and unrivalled short product-design-to-PoS times.
