Have you successfully completed your studies? Are you now chomping at the bit to take on some responsibility, and to show where your talents lie? Then the best way for you to join the company is via a trainee programme! These programmes are designed to prepare you – over a period of nine to twelve months – for your future with s.Oliver with a specific goal in mind, for example as a specialist in your chosen field, or as a manager. First of all, you will take part in an 'Onboarding Workshop' to gain an insight into our company structure and internal processes. Here you will also learn something about the different cross-functional departments that will be important to you in your later position. This will help you to quickly establish an extensive network, and to get to know people. We will give you an individually tailored, thorough grounding in each of the different areas, and the opportunity to overcome exciting challenges, giving you a helping hand until you actually start your career. Carefully selected opportunities to gain further training and qualifications will help you to build up knowledge and skills. You will not only enjoy the support of our HR Development department, you will also be assigned a mentor from each of the respective departments for each stage of the programme to give you important feedback on your performance. In addition, a member of the management team will also be at your side to accompany you as you progress along your chosen career path. Around three months before the end of the trainee programme, we will sit down together and decide with you where and in which position you will start to work for us.
